LinkedIn for freelancers: direct clients, no middleman

As a freelancer, LinkedIn lets you win direct clients without paying marketplace fees: companies hire you once they’ve seen your work in their feed. Invite the people who hire your service (not other freelancers), post your work with context and reply to those who accept when there’s a reason to.

How to set up your audience in Reachvite

Values for each tab of the extension:

Reachvite always adds its own filters: real people with 500+ connections, and never 1st-degree connections or pending invitations.

How many invitations a week?

Two batches of 20 a week.

As a freelancer your time is billable: spend a few minutes reviewing two batches a week and focus on posting. Forty well-chosen invitations a week are enough to change your network in a quarter. LinkedIn doesn’t publish a fixed number: we explain it in the weekly invitation limit.

Example invitation notes

Notes are optional and capped at 300 characters.

Frequently asked questions

LinkedIn or marketplaces like Upwork?

They work together. LinkedIn takes longer, but clients come direct with no fee.

Do I need Premium?

Not to invite. Premium mainly lets you add more personalised notes; invitations without a note work too.

How many connections do I need?

Who matters more than how many: a few hundred potential clients beat thousands of random connections.

Pick your audience and let Reachvite send the invitations, in batches you approve.

Chrome will ask for access to LinkedIn: Reachvite only works with the audience you choose, never sends anything without your OK and doesn’t read your messages or your password.
