Legal notice and terms of use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Owner

These terms govern the use of the website and of the Reachvite browser extension, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and applicable consumer law.

1. What Reachvite is

Reachvite is an extension for desktop Google Chrome that prepares batches of profiles based on the criteria you choose (industry, companies, job title, location and other filters) and, once you approve them, sends LinkedIn connection invitations on your behalf at a steady pace. It sends no messages; the invitation note is optional and written by you. It runs in your browser, with your LinkedIn session, and stores data locally (chrome.storage.local).

2. No affiliation with LinkedIn

Reachvite is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

3. Your responsibility towards LinkedIn

LinkedIn’s user agreement does not allow the use of third-party software that acts on your account. By using Reachvite:

Reachvite tries to reduce that risk (approval of every batch in assisted mode, a steady pace, stopping on warnings and assistant mode), but it does not guarantee that your account will not be restricted.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Reachvite to send spam, harass anyone, impersonate others, collect data to sell it, resell or redistribute the extension, or attempt to copy or modify it to circumvent the licence.

5. Price, payments and cancellation

The extension is currently free and no payments are enabled. The paid plan will be announced on this website before any charges start, and you will never be charged unless you expressly subscribe. Once it is active, these will be its terms:

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving any reason. As this is digital content supplied immediately, when subscribing you will be asked to expressly agree to the immediate start of the service and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of invitations, acceptances, connections or business results: they depend on your profile, your audience, each person and the limits LinkedIn sets. LinkedIn may change its website at any time, which may cause the extension to stop working temporarily until we adapt it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for restrictions LinkedIn applies to your account, for lost opportunities or for indirect damages arising from the use of Reachvite. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The extension, the Reachvite brand and the content of this website belong to their owner. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the extension (and, once the paid plan exists, while your subscription is active).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Barcelona; if you are a consumer, by the courts of your place of residence.
