The owner is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

1. Summary

2. Data the extension handles in your browser

The extension works inside your Chrome, with your LinkedIn session open. To do its job it stores locally, in chrome.storage.local:

This data is not sent to our servers and we have no access to it. You can export it to CSV or delete it from the extension, and it is erased when you uninstall it. As for third-party data you see on LinkedIn, you decide who to invite and you must use it lawfully.

The extension also periodically downloads a public technical file (selectors.json) from this website to adapt to changes on LinkedIn. That download includes no data about you beyond what any browser sends when requesting a file (such as the IP address), which stays in the hosting provider’s technical logs.

3. Email report (optional)

If you turn it on in the extension, Reachvite sends a session report to the address you enter. The report includes the name, headline, company, location and profile URL of the people invited, plus the session summary. It is sent with Resend from its EU sending region (Ireland), from [email protected].

Reachvite keeps no copy of the report: the function that sends it receives it, hands it to Resend and discards it, without storing it in any database or logging its content or your email (on error, only the response code is logged). Resend, as the email provider, keeps the sent message and its delivery logs for 30 days and then deletes them; that data is stored in the United States.

5. Providers (data processors)

Where a provider processes data in the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Minors

Reachvite is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, announce it on this website.
