How to reach your audience on LinkedIn with connection invitations
To reach your audience on LinkedIn you choose who to invite (industry, company, job title and location); Reachvite builds the list and sends the invitations for you. It’s a USD 19/month Chrome extension: you approve each batch, it sends at a steady pace and it stops if LinkedIn shows a warning.
What does Reachvite do for you, and what do you decide?
Reachvite handles searching, filtering and clicking “Connect”; deciding who to invite stays with you.
Reachvite takes care of three steps: it finds people who match your audience, skips those who don’t (companies, inactive profiles, your connections, pending invitations or your blocklist) and sends the invitation. What it doesn’t do: no messages, no follow-ups, no email campaigns. Once someone accepts, the conversation is yours.
How do you do it step by step with Reachvite?
Install the extension, choose an audience, review the batch and approve it.
- Install the extension in desktop Google Chrome while signed in to LinkedIn.
- Choose who to invite: Industry, Companies or Job title, plus “Where?” (for example, New York first, then the United States). Not sure where to start? “People like me” reads your profile header and fills in the filters; you can change them.
- Reachvite prepares a batch of 20, 30 or 50 people and shows why each one fits.
- Click “Invite these N” and it sends at a steady pace. “Pause” is always visible.
- See who accepts, by source and by company; old pending invitations are withdrawn for you.
Is it safe to send invitations with an extension?
No tool can guarantee it: LinkedIn’s terms don’t allow third-party software to act on your account.
LinkedIn’s Help Center says it may restrict sending if you send many invitations in a short time, if many are ignored or marked as spam, or if it suspects third-party software. Reachvite reduces the risk; it doesn’t remove it: assisted mode on by default, a steady pace, an immediate stop on any warning or rejection, and it never asks for your password. You use it at your own risk.
How many invitations should you send?
Few and relevant: the ones you approve, to an audience you actually care about.
LinkedIn doesn’t publish a fixed number. It does say relevance matters: accepted invitations help, ignored ones hurt. That’s why Reachvite only invites active people (500+ connections) who match the audience you choose. More in the LinkedIn invitation limit guide.
